Who can open a CardV account?
Businesses that give, sell or embed digital value: loyalty and rewards programs, HR and incentive platforms, fintech and wallet apps, online stores and telecom services. Every application is reviewed before activation.
What can I offer through CardV?
Gift cards and game credits from 1,300+ brands, plus mobile top-ups, are available today. eSIM and bill payments are coming soon on the same account, wallet and API.
Where can I see prices?
After approval, in the Portal and through the quote API. Pricing is set per account, so we don't publish a public price list or promise a fixed discount.
How do I fund my account?
Your account holds a USD wallet. Fund it by crypto through QuantaPay, credited once the payment confirms, or by bank transfer, credited after verification.
How are products delivered?
Codes appear in the order in the Portal, as a CSV download, or through authenticated API order detail. Webhooks tell your system when an order's status changes.
Can we test before going live?
Yes. Approved merchants can use an isolated sandbox with its own keys, test credit and a limited catalog. Sandbox orders never touch real funds or suppliers.
What happens if an order fails?
Nothing is bought twice. Once the supplier's outcome is final, failed items are refunded to your wallet as a separate ledger entry you can see on your statement.
